Telephone number for service SMS. The number is common for GGMC SMS and

"LOW CREDIT" SMS on prepaid SIM cards.

Setting options: 0-16 characters (0-9,*,#,+)

Default setting: blank

Only Global initialization can be done by phone line programming. As parameter of this
